The project sold out in seven months, providing a 30% annualized return to investors.

Aspen is experienced in managing the development process from site acquisition and design through construction, marketing, and sales/lease up. The firm is also an experienced operator of income-producing property, with a focus in the multifamily, mixed use, and retail sectors.
