Rental that replaced Prospect Lefferts Gardens’s ‘Cubist avalanche’ launches

The rental development that replaced Prospect Lefferts Gardens’s “Cubist avalanche” mansion is now complete, and leasing is currently underway on the two-building project. Now known as The Lawrence, the rental development is comprised of two seven-story buildings fronting on Parkside Avenue and Clarkson Avenue respectively, connected by a parking lot in the middle. The Lawrence is now the latest luxury residence to see completion in the burgeoning Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood.
